We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in book and publication design to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual communication, typography, layout design, and print production, with the ability to transform content into visually engaging and well-structured publications.

What you will do

  • - Design and format books, magazines, reports, catalogs, and other print and digital publications.
  • - Develop visual concepts, page layouts, covers, and internal publication designs.
  • - Apply strong typography and layout principles, particularly for Arabic and bilingual Arabic-English content.
  • - Create visual identities and supporting graphic materials for publications and related projects.
  • - Design infographics, charts, illustrations, and other visual elements to communicate information effectively.
  • - Prepare print-ready files and ensure compliance with printing specifications, including dimensions, margins, bleeds, color modes, and resolution.
  • - Collaborate with content writers, editors, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and content accuracy.
  • - Review designs, implement feedback, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
  • - Explore digital and interactive publication formats when required.

What we are looking for

  • - Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in book, editorial, or publication design.
  • - Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • - Excellent understanding of typography, grid systems, composition, visual hierarchy, and page layout.
  • - Ability to design Arabic and English publications, with attention to Arabic typography and right-to-left layout.
  • - Good knowledge of print production and prepress requirements.
  • - Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
  • - A portfolio demonstrating relevant publication and editorial design projects.
