Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join Restart Technology and lead software projects from planning through delivery, coordinating design, development, QA, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work with clients across the GCC, North America, and Europe. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo.

What you will do

  • - Lead software projects from requirements gathering and planning through delivery and post-launch support.
  • - Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource estimates, and track them continuously.
  • - Translate client needs into clear requirements and tasks, and assign them to design, development, and QA teams.
  • - Manage delivery using Agile / Scrum methodologies, running planning, follow-up, and review meetings.
  • - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular progress reports.
  • - Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring delivery stays within the agreed scope.
  • - Identify risks and blockers early and put mitigation plans in place.
  • - Monitor delivery quality in coordination with the QA team and review deliverables before handover.
  • - Document work and continuously improve internal processes using project management tools.

What we are looking for

  • - 4+ years of experience managing software projects (web, mobile, or enterprise systems).
  • - Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
  • - Strong planning skills, including time and resource estimation and risk management.
  • - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and team members.
  • - Good technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers and designers.
  • - Very good English (written and spoken) to work with international clients.
  • - Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • - Ability to work on-site from our Cairo office under the hybrid schedule.
  • - Nice to have: PMP, CSM, or PSM certification.
  • - Nice to have: experience working with clients in the GCC, European, or North American markets.
  • - Nice to have: experience with Odoo / ERP projects.
